DHA Gujranwala collects installments and other payments through following designated banks:

DHA Gujranwala accepts payment through demand draft, bankers cheque, and other online payment methods.

Yes, a member can pay his/her partial amount through bankers cheque or demand draft.

No, changes to the payment schedule are not allowed. However, in extreme cases, changes can be allowed subject to approval, and terms and conditions will apply.

DHA Gujranwala has the right to revoke the file/plot in case of non-payment of two or more installments.

The Executive Premium Block comprises of 1&2 Kanal plots only.

1. Investor/Purchaser will submit an application to Dir Land DHA Gujranwala as per the specific format for verification of the Intimation Letter/Affidavit.
2. Land Branch DHA Gujranwala will then ask the applicant to deposit Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in the DHA Gujranwala account as verification charges. Once deposited, DHA Gwa will verify the document after necessary scrutiny of the record.
