DHA Gujranwala is a housing authority not a real estate agent. We provide assistance in transfers and sale/purchase of files. Rates can be known from our registered dealers. The list is available on our Page

DHA Gujranwala remains open for visitors from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We remain closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all scheduled public holidays.

Kindly send an email at accts04@dhagwa.com mentioning your file number, CNIC Number, complete details of the payment issue and a contact number. Our representative will respond to you.

After balloting, file holders will deposit installments for development charges. Once all payments for installments are cleared, possession will be given for the construction of houses.

The development of ongoing projects is underway at the fast pace, some of recent development updates are the following: DHA Gujranwala has signed MOU OF DHA Office Complex, held Location Ballot Ceremony of Executive Block, and handed over the possession of Commercial Zone 1 & 2 to successful candidates. Also, the 80% of electric services work has been completed.

  • You can view payment details, print the payment voucher and pay your instalments online.

To get your surcharge waived off, kindly write an application to the Project Director, DHA Gujranwala mentioning your CNIC Number, File Number, Details of Surcharge and Total Surcharge Amount in the application.
However, the waiver of surcharge is at the discretion of Competent Authority and we do not guarantee that a complete/partial or no waiver will be given.

If you wish to purchase a 5 Marla file, it can only be done through registered property dealers in the open market on a full payment basis (as per the market rates).

Applicants who have paid their installments can apply for issuance of Allocation Letter by completing following steps:
  • Payment of remaining amount of Membership Fee (Rs 27,000/-)
  • PHOTOCOPIES of all your installment payment receipts. If you have paid online, provide confirmation emails of your online transactions.
Once these documents are submitted, you can collect your Allocation Letter after 2 weeks.

At the down payment stage, you had deposited Rs. 10,000/- under the head of Membership fee. This was partial payment, total Membership fee of DHA Gujranwala is Rs.37,000/-
You are now being asked to pay the remaining amount. This partial payment procedure was devised to facilitate convenient payment burden

For payment of balance membership fee/ tax/ surcharge of late deposit of instalments, visit DHA GWA Head Office or any Sub-Transfer Office. You can also pay your surcharge and tax fee online by visiting our website at following link

Surcharge on late deposit of installments is calculated based upon the number of installments and amount per installment. The rates for different categories of files are as mentioned:

  • 5 Marla @ Rs. 121/per day
  • 10 Marla @ Rs. 90/per day
  • 1 Kanal @ Rs. 152/per day
  • 2 Kanal @ Rs. 224/per day
  • 4 Marla Commercial @ Rs.360/per day
  • 8 Marla Commercial @ Rs.675/per day
These amounts are calculated from last payment due date till actual date of payment.

You can get it changed by sending an application to DHA Gujranwala with photocopies of your CNIC and the file (hard copies) through mail/ courier service on the following address:

Possession is not given individually; it is awarded after proper plotting and provision of all facilities. Possession will be granted after full payment if all other formalities are completed.
